Renting/Selling of my mum's hawker stall

Hi all,

my dad is getting old and can't really work due to his leg problem, hence they have decided to sell the stall. It is ideal to them to sell the stall at more than $50 000. However, the price is still negotiable. At the same time, they are considering to rent out the stall at $2500 per month on which the gas, electricity and water bills are not included in the $2500.

If any one of you has relatives or friends who want to open a food stall located at Toa Payoh lorong 1, please let me know. Thanks a lot!!
